Complaints resolution
We take all complaints seriously. All employees of the Parliamentary Protective Service must conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism at all times and provide a high level of client service. If this was not your experience or if you have any concerns about parliamentary security, please submit a complaint as soon as possible by using the form below.
To help expedite the resolution of your complaint, please include:
- Date, time and location of incident
- Name or description of employee
- Photos or supporting documentation
In your detailed description, please include any information regarding other individuals and witnesses involved, an indication of exchanges (e.g. what was said and done) and any details that may have contributed or led to the incident.
Upon submitting this form, your complaint is sent to the Office of the Director of the Parliamentary Protective Service for review. All information submitted is confidential and will only be viewed by those directly involved with resolving the issue. We will investigate your complaint promptly. If you request a follow-up, we will endeavor to provide you with a written response without undue delay.
